This program aims to promote a clean and healthy environment by providing assistance and training to rural systems in all aspects of the wastewater industry.  Our Wastewater Technician, Jim Johnson, covers the entire state to assist small, rural, and economically challenged communities to enhance and maintain financial sustainability of their wastewater systems through technical assistance and/or training.  Systems can request on-site assistance when needed.

Our DEP Wastewater Technician, Elizabeth "Beth" Fletcher, is available to assist wastewater systems with compliance issues.
